General Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of Diploma III from reputable hotel academy
- Minimum of one-year experience in a similar position and level in an international standard hotel.
- Good command over written and spoken English.
- Well groomed and pleasant personality
General Requirements and Qualifications:
- Female, age of 25 to 35 years old
- Graduated from Secretarial Academy
- Excellent English both writing and speaking
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel (spreadsheet) and Power Point
- Proven experience in Executive support role
- Proactive self starter and team player
- A minimum of two to three years of secretarial experience preferably in hotel
- Ability to organize and work with sensitive and confidential material
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and employees
