Sales Administration
Requirements:
- Female, Max 26 years old
- Computer literate esp. Microsoft Excel
- Able to write and speak English
- DIII /S1 Degree in Accounting / Management / Secretary from credited universities
- Fresh graduated or 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independent and on team, proactive, good analytical skill, honest, hard-worker, self motivated and able to communicate with customer and supplier
- Arrange local delivery to customer
- Handling shipment documents
- Stock Inventory
- Issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Packing List and Invoice
- Monitoring delivery schedule
- Making Stock report
