LEGAL (LE)
Technical Skill Requirement :

Understand Oil & Gas Project Risk & Liability
Understand basic technical Oil & Gas
Experiences to develop, review, negotiate and expedite contract approval
Understand and able to negotiate LD

General Qualification:

Male/ Female, age min 28 years old
Education: min S-1 degree.(Law or Technical)
Experience : 5 years
Fluent in English both oral and written
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Computer literate, especially for Microsoft office
Target oriented and ready to work under pressures
He/she should receive minimum supervision
Willing to travel to project remote site for long duration

CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (CBD)
Technical Skill Requirement:

Understand Oil & Gas Project Risk & Liability
Understand basic technical knowledge in Oil & Gas upstream and downstream
Having Selling Talent
Understand EPC type contract and able to negotiate technical & contract aspect .

General Qualification:

Male/ Female, age min 30 years old
Education: min S-1 degree.( Technical & Business Management )
Experience : 8 years
Fluent in English both oral and written
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Computer literate, especially for Microsoft office
Excellent human relation skill
Target oriented and ready to work under pressures

CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CBDO)
Technical Skill Requirement :

Understand company legal document requirement
Able to submit and expedite the application
Experience secretarial work as well as filling system for confidential company data

General Qualification:

Male/ Female, age min 30 years old
Education: min D3
Experience : 8 years
Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer literate, especially for Microsoft office
Excellent human relation skill
Target oriented and ready to work under pressures
