Reporting to the Safety Coordinator, you will develop and implement Occupational Health at Site, provide medical info for safety talk and notice board, monitor and follow up injury management, rehabilitation andemployees assistance. Hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management; provide medical evacuation drill, involving First Aid and Emergency Rescue Team; training on medical first response and rescue to all team members, improved internal site medical first response and rescue team competency, oversee preparation of emergency response facilities and team,
Actively perform on safety support and promote safety issue, facilitate investigation process and able to determine direct cause, contributing factors and monitor implementation of action plan, facilitate implementation of the project health and safety improvement plan. Encourage all people to remind each other to keep good safety performance.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma III, with minimum of 2 years experience in Medical and Safety area (First Aider & Rescuer). Have certification in BLS & ATLS, Hyperkes and fire / rescue training. The candidate should have high responsibility; motivated; proactive; discipline; honest; good communication skill preferred in English; good computer skills; work quickly and accurately; planned and target oriented; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
