Key Account Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Temporary Basis – Non Permanent Position
The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing the customer service function which is starting from ordering process to delivery and after sales service to improve our Customer Satisfaction Performance;
- Mostly handling the Key Account Customers for the products among some business units
- Managing the On-Time In-Full Delivery Performance
- Initiating and follow up the complaint to improve Customer Complaint Response Time
- Working closely with customer, business people and inventory control/ planner
- Managing well the customer forecast;
- Creating regular reports/ information to business unit and customers (such as inventory status, shipping information, order taking, etc.);
- Handling customer’ inquiries through electronics tools (customer’s portal, internet, etc.);
- Involving in the regular Sales & operational Planning Meeting to support the business growth.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service area (Order Processing);
- Proactive, highly initiative, communicative, problem solver, target oriented are a must;
- University graduate from any fields;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office application
- Having experience in BPCS is an advantage
- Willing to be hired under contractual basis for 6 months.
The incumbent will be responsible to develop and implement a various marketing programs for a wide range of 3M Track & Trace and Emerging Business Opportunity Products. Providing general support to sales team and distributor is also becoming one of your responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop program for Educational & Industrial Market that are related with distribution channel.
- To work and formulate program with division to penetrate the TT market.
- To coordinate with TT sales person, formulate program to help penetrate the key. accounts
- To manage administration with regards to commercial issues (quotation, PA, TA, AFAM, etc)
- To manage Business data and prepare the analysis - sales etc
- Master Degree in Marketing / Electrical Engineering/ IT/ Business Administration degree with two-years marketing experience or bachelor in Electrical Engineering/ IT with four-years marketing experience. A master degree is an advantage.
